Dangote Refinery & Petrochemical Project

Dangote Refinery & Petrochemical Project is the single largest overseas consultancy assignment, ever executed by EIL. The 650 KBPSD Refinery and 830 KTA PP Unit is the largest Refinery cum Petrochemical Project in the African continent!

Rajasthan Refinery and Petrochemical Project

EIL is executing the greenfield 9 MMTPA Rajasthan Refinery cum Petrochemical Complex at Pachparda, Rajasthan for HRRL. Strategically located in Barmer, it boasts of advanced technology for processing crude oil and integrated petrochemical facilities.

Visakh Refinery Modernisation Project

The Visakh Refinery Modernisation Project (VRMP) is an ambitious brownfield project to upgrade and expand the Visakhapatnam refinery. It boasts of many firsts including Asia’s Largest Hydrogen Generation unit and India’s first Residue Upgradation Facility with 90% Conversion rate.

Guru Gobind Singh Polymer Addition Project

Guru Gobind Singh Polymer Addition Project (‘GGSPAP’) features a state-of-the-art cracker with a capacity of 1.2 MMTPA, expandable to 1.5 MMTPA, enabling the utilization of low-value refinery gases, Naphtha and Kerosene.

Bina Refinery

The 120,000 BPSD Bina Refinery of BORL at Bina, Madhya Pradesh is a Zero Effluent Refinery which also incorporates an integrated hydrocracker and DHDT unit built for the first time in India.

Guru Gobind Singh Refinery

EIL executed the 180,000 BPSD Guru Gobind Singh Refinery at Bathinda, Punjab for HMEL. The GGS Refinery has a high Nelson Index which enables maximising value added products, even from heavy/sour crudes.

PFCCU, MRPL Ph-III

The PFCC Unit of MRPL Phase-III Refinery Expansion and Upgradation project is one of the biggest LSTK Projects executed by EIL on OBE route.

Panipat Naphtha Cracker

Panipat Naptha Cracker Project of IndianOil epitomises EIL's capabilities to execute world-class petrochemical complexes. EIL's adherence to impeccable safety standards was exemplified by 75 million Construction man-hour achieved without Lost Time Accident.

Dabhol Bangalore Pipeline

EIL executed the 1000 km long Dabhol - Bangalore Pipeline of GAIL in the face of major technical, terrain and daunting challenges along with its route. The 16 MMSCMD capacity pipeline has been laid in Western Ghats area with highly undulating ground profile, rocky terrain and dense plantations.

Deen Dayal Field Development

Deen Dayal Field Development Project of GSPC was a significant achievement for EIL, being a new field development in KG Basin. EIL ushered in a new era of technological innovation with the installment of first wellhead platform in Indian seas for high Pressure and High Temperature (HPHT) gas reservoir.

2nd Phase Expansion of Aluminium Smelter

The Expansion of NALCO Aluminium Smelter at Angul is another landmark metallurgical project undertaken by EIL. A key feature of the project is introduction of state-of-the-art HDPS technology for continuous feeding of Alumina to the Pot Regulation System.

2nd Phase Expansion of Alumina Refinery

NALCO Alumina Refinery at Damanjodi underscores EIL's successful diversification into non-ferrous metallurgical projects. It features a state-of-the-art Caustic Effluent Disposal System leading to Zero Effluent Discharge besides a host of cutting edge technologies for enhanced operational efficiencies.
