Frequently Asked Questions

EIL enlistment remains valid for a period of three years. Once this period concludes, revalidation is required to remain active. System-generated reminders are sent to partners six months prior to expiry to ensure a seamless transition.
As a sustainability-focused organisation, EIL highly encourages ISO 45001 certification. Our network already includes 1,374 certified suppliers and 87 certified contractors. However, it is not currently a mandatory requirement for registration.
You may reapply immediately after addressing the deficiencies that led to the rejection of your earlier application. Before resubmitting, please ensure that all eligibility criteria are met and the required documents are uploaded in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
MSME applicants are eligible for concessional processing charges and other preferential benefits as part of EIL's commitment to supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
There are no fees associated with contractor enlistment at EIL. The entire process is provided free of charge.
Shop loading refers to the loading of a plant in units of product or turnover. For example, if a plant has a total capacity of 1,000 kg/year and is currently executing orders for 600 kg, the shop loading is 600 kg.
No. Revalidation and enhancement must be submitted as separate applications. You must first apply for revalidation, and after a few days, you may then apply for enhancement.
Enhancement - Product Profile: Select this option if you wish to expand your existing enlisted product range by adding new sizes, ratings, materials of construction (MOC), models, variants, or new items under your existing enlisted works/factory.
Enhancement - Addition of Works: Select this option if you wish to apply for the same items or/and new items for new factory/works.
